Citrus yellow color. Fresh and intense ripe citrus aroma, with a slight mineral touch and toasty hints. It is elegant and creamy with a balanced acidity and fruit presence. It has a long and intense finish.

Its low acidity is a result of the timely harvesting, in the exact and proper time, of healthy olives that are pressed the very day they are harvested.
