Deep ruby in colour with subtle garnet highlights, this wine displays aromas of ripe black fruit, violet, black pepper and spices, intertwined with delicate notes of forest floor and cedar. Ageing in used French oak barrels adds elegance while preserving the purity of the fruit. On the palate, it is structured and fresh, with polished tannins. The finish is long and persistent, marked by black fruit, spice and an elegant sense of tension that extends the palate and reflects the character of the clay-limestone soils.

Bright lemon-yellow color. Expressive aroma with citrus notes, dried fruits, and a delicate buttery touch. A distinct minerality reminiscent of wet stone. The palate is very well-balanced between vibrant acidity and a creamy texture, with some added volume from the oak aging. Long and persistent finish.
