Deep ruby in colour with subtle garnet highlights, this wine displays aromas of ripe black fruit, violet, black pepper and spices, intertwined with delicate notes of forest floor and cedar. Ageing in used French oak barrels adds elegance while preserving the purity of the fruit. On the palate, it is structured and fresh, with polished tannins. The finish is long and persistent, marked by black fruit, spice and an elegant sense of tension that extends the palate and reflects the character of the clay-limestone soils.

Obtained exclusively from the olives of our groves, Rovisco Garcia’s olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, rich in nutrients, polyphenols, and vitamin E. Its scent, of green olive and grass, is altogether intense and fresh. Its low acidity is a result of the timely harvesting, in the exact and proper time, of healthy olives that are pressed the very day they are harvested.
